My mother lovingly put her photographs in albums.  Many are framed and form a photo collage on a wall or table.  Some are formal studio portraits, many are grainy snapshots taken with film, but each represents a story remembered or a tale imaged. You can imagine the future of this young couple, so in love, about to embark on their honeymoon. You might envision an exotic destination, but it was only a two hour trip to Minneapolis, and the beginning of an adventure that would continue for 68 years. A destination that was only chosen because my father's friend had a car and agreed to drive them!
